Conference-winning excellence achieved by Immaculata Men’s Soccer with help from Trustfully

Immaculata University’s men’s soccer team collaborated with Trustfully to introduce a multi-week program focused on enhancing self-talk and mental resilience. Designed and delivered by Dailyhuman, the initiative incorporated weekly reflections and goal-setting exercises tailored to the athletes’ experiences. The program emphasized leadership, accountability, and collaboration, strengthening team chemistry and helping them achieve a winning season and conference honors. By fostering a culture of determination and respect, the initiative became a key driver of their success on and off the field.
