Robertson Charter School Educators Transform Teaching Practices With Trustfully’s Support

The Trustfully-supported Mindset Lab, developed by Dailyhuman for the Human Xcellence Institute, empowered 40 educators at Robertson Charter School to embrace transformative growth. Through mindset labs like “See Your Blind Spot” and “Embrace the Shift,” participants reflected on unconscious biases, systemic inequities, and cultural influences that shape education.

Educators reported profound clarity in recognizing biases and implementing actionable strategies to foster empathy, inclusion, and equitable classroom practices. The program’s focus on self-awareness, resilience, and repetition enabled participants to experience lasting positive changes, enriching their teaching approaches and deepening student connections. This Trustfully-funded initiative created a ripple effect of inclusivity and collaboration across classrooms and the broader school community.
