Thousands of athletes empowered through the Connecticut Sun’s partnership with Trustfully for mindset growth
The Connecticut Sun, in partnership with Trustfully, launched the Connecticut Sun Mindset Lab, a 52-week program that impacted over a thousand young athletes. Dailyhuman served as the service provider, offering AI-powered mindset tools to connect participants with WNBA stars Moriah Jefferson, Rachel Banham, and Olivia Nelson-Ododa, as well as assistant coaches Abi Olajuwon and Briann January.
Through weekly interactive sessions, athletes engaged in tailored coaching, reflective prompts, and pre-recorded insights from professional players and coaches. These activities equipped them with skills to overcome challenges in sports and life, focusing on building resilience, confidence, and positive self-talk.
The program’s innovative approach bridged professional mentorship with accessible tools, fostering a culture of growth and self-reflection. By reaching athletes from diverse backgrounds, the lab delivered lasting strategies to enhance both personal and athletic development.
